A few details help us prepare: which rooms are involved, what the floor is made of if you know, and what is bothering you about it, whether that is worn finish, a soft spot, water damage or carpet you want gone.
After we hear from you, we will set a time to see the floor in person. We check the subfloor, take moisture readings and, where carpet is involved, lift a corner to see what is underneath. You get a written estimate based on what we actually find.
